Pink centred water lily, with paler pink outer petals. UK hardy
Description
One of our personal favourites. Large heavily petaled flowers 13cm (5in) that are deep pink in the centre and a paler pink around the edge are very similar in appearance to the Gonnere White, the leaves are green with new leaves coming through slightly bronze in colour.

Arrived exceptionally well packaged and in stunning healthy condition with a single bud- I was utterly enamoured as the flower began to open, I’ve never seen something so perfect in nature…. and then a juvenile fox ripped it off for fun whilst playing one night in the garden, which was not exactly what I had in mind when I dug a wildlife pond. The plant is happy and putting out new leaves though so fingers crossed for more perfect blooms 🙂
