I’ve ordered from you before and always been very happy with the plants supplied. This time the order consisted of one water lily Gonnere which again was of excellent quality, however the Curly Pond Weed was not up to your usual standard. While it is early in the season three of the five stems were small, thin and lacked vigour. While I appreciate it is difficult to please on every occasion I think you can do better.
